This usually indicates a problem with your network password. When you change your password, it may take up to 10 minutes for the university systems to synchronise with the change. Should you still be experiencing problems after 10 minutes have elapsed (or, if you have not recently changed your password) please contact the Learning Services Help Desk on 01695 650800 or lsdesk@edgehill.ac.uk
