We can provide you with a temporary password which will allow you to log-in to GO and from there you will be able to set yourself a new password. Please visit a help desk, call our telephone support line (01695 650800) or email email@example.com or alternatively use the live chat system on these pages.
If you provide us with an alternative (non Edge Hill) email address, we can use this to send you a new password if you forget your current one. If you are unable to access GO because of a password problem just select the "reset your password" link found in the blue login box. A new password will automatically be sent to your alternative email address.
