We can provide you with a temporary password which will allow you to log-in to GO and from there you will be able to set yourself a new password.  Please visit a help desk, call our telephone support line (01695 650800) or email or alternatively use the live chat system on these pages.

If you provide us with an alternative (non Edge Hill) email address, we can use this to send you a new password if you forget your current one.  If you are unable to access GO because of a password problem just select the "reset your password" link found in the blue login box. A new password will automatically be sent to your alternative email address.
