If you are able to login to the Go, change your password by clicking on your name (towards the top-right of the GO page). The forth option down within your ‘Settings’ is to change your password. Your alternative email address is also stored and can be amended there.
If you cannot login, passwords may be changed by clicking the 'reset your password' link on the GO login screen providing you have previously set up an alternative email address.
If you have not supplied an alternative email address to which your new password can be sent, then just visit one of our help desks, or call our telephone support line (01695 650800) or email email@example.com.
