If you provide us with an alternative (non Edge Hill) email address, we can use this to send you a new password if you forget your current one. If you are unable to access the GO because of a password problem, then by selecting the "reset your password" link found in the blue login box, a new password will automatically be sent to your alternative email address.
When you log in to the GO, you may be asked to provide an alternative email address. You can also input your alternative email address or change it by following these instructions.
1. Log into 'Go'.
2. Click on your name in the top right of the screen
3. Choose the 'Settings' option. From there you can input your alternative email address. Don't forget to 'save'.
