A password reset will usually resolve this authentication issue. 

Try to change your password from the GO page by clicking on your name (towards the top-right of the page).  One of the options available to you within your ‘Settings’ is to change your password.

If you are still experiencing problems then either visit a help desk, call our telephone support line (01695 650800) or email lsdesk@edgehill.ac.uk and we will reset your password for you.  If you contact us by email, please remember to include your student number, date of birth and postal code for security confirmation.
