A password reset will usually resolve this authentication issue.
Try to change your password from the GO page by clicking on your name (towards the top-right of the page). One of the options available to you within your ‘Settings’ is to change your password.
If you are still experiencing problems then either visit a help desk, call our telephone support line (01695 650800) or email email@example.com and we will reset your password for you. If you contact us by email, please remember to include your student number, date of birth and postal code for security confirmation.
