If you have found a book in the library catalogue which you would like to access, which states it is located in the store, then you'll be given an option to "request" the item. If it doesn't let you request it, then please ask about the item at the ground floor helpdesk.
Most items will be made available for you within 24hrs, where you will receive an email to make you aware that it is now available to collect from the ground floor of the Library on the reservation shelves.
