Visitors to the University Library and LINC open access areas are expected to abide to the following guidelines and respect other customers' right to study in an appropriate environment.
If you are experiencing any issues with noise or unacceptable behaviour whilst working in the library, please report it to the nearest staff member or any Library help desk.
You can send a message via Aks Us, including details of your area of study.
If you are working in Ormskirk Library you can alert Help Desk staff by using one of the dedicated phones next to the printers. This service is in operation between 9am and 5pm.
Students are encouraged to work in appropriate study spaces:
University Library Ground floor : Group study
Ist floor open access areas and book stock: Quiet study and work related discussion
2nd floor open access space and book stock: Quiet study and work related discussion
Silent room (2nd floor): Silent individual study only
