The new machines across campus are MFDs (Multi Functional Devices) and they do a number of jobs:
Printing – you can now collect your printing at any MFD
Photocopying – you can now use any of the MFDs to photocopy
Scan to email – you can now scan a document and the machine will send it to your University email – free of charge

You will need to select the Printing queues (Single sided/double - B&W or Colour) in order to claim a print job.

To use the MFDs you will need to register your UniCard using your student username and password. After registering, you can just scan your UniCard at any machine to print/copy or scan.

The University has reduced printing and photocopying costs

For help registering your UniCard, or using any of the features of the new MFDs, just speak to any member of staff in the library or contact us via Ask Us.
