Student to attend a drop-in or be seen by 'on call' member of staff.  Information requested student has ready: 

  • One month's bank statement or app on mobile where entries can be viewed,
  • Student ID card (or photo ID).

  • To explore finances at the time and beyond the immediate situation, financial health check carried out, budget explored, other sources of income explored.  Emergency short-term loan considered/ Morrisons vouchers and follow up appointment if more complex circumstances
