Search for a Student, and once the record is retrieved, select the current academic session. Click on the 'Communication' tab in the top right hand corner and from the 'Type' drop down menu choose 'Interaction'. In the 'Subject' field, enter a descriptive title that easily identifies the Personal Tutor Meeting. In the 'Body' section, record appropriate data relating to the meeting, including only information that is relevant to be recorded within the student records system and is not in breach of the Student's confidentiality.
Click the 'Send' button to save the interaction, it will then be viewable within the 'Communication' tab of the student record, date and time stamped with your name in the 'By' field.
