Students are advised to look at the Student Accommodation Finder on Student Homepage, where all registered vacancies for off campus properties (for the following September) can be advertised, complete with prices, deposit/retainer information, and the property owners contact details.

If a student is struggling, the Accommodation Team can support them in contacting landlords to arrange viewings or find out more information as appropriate, however students are generally encouraged to do this independently.

If prior to the housing fair (when the off campus housing list is released – usually held in the first week of December), students are advised that they can attend a Househunting Workshop, which is facilitated by the Accommodation Team, Students Union Advice Centre and the Money Advice Team.
