If you have been given a disciplinary sanction which you do not think is fair or proportionate to the incident that has occurred, you have the right to appeal the sanction within a set time period.  Information about how to do this will be contained within the communication sent to you about the sanction, however the Student Regulations Incorporating the Student Code of Behaviour and Disciplinary Procedures can be found at the following link: https://www.edgehill.ac.uk/documents/files/student-regulations.pdf.  Students wishing to exercise a right of appeal must submit a formal written representation, clearly stating the grounds of your appeal, to the Academic Registrar within ten working days of the date of the outcome communication sent.

Students can also contact the Students’ Union at the Ormskirk Campus.  They will provide you with any support and information if required.  The Students’ Union can be contacted on 01695 565 7301.
