Go to the Students Homepage and click on the Password Reset square. Once you have selected Password Reset you will be prompted to enter your username. This will then send a link to the alternative email address you have set.

If you have never set an alternative email, then just visit one of our help desks, call our telephone support line (01695 650800) or email lsdesk@edgehill.ac.uk.

Once you are able to log in please remember to then set your alternative email, you can do this within the Password Reset area of the Students Homepage.
