Sometimes submissions are rejected as the ‘Fast Web View’ setting in Adobe Reader has been enabled when you saved/created your PDF. This may be default in some PDF generators, so please check your settings before saving your PDF files.
To disable this setting perform the following steps with the file you wish to submit.
· Open the file in Adobe Reader
· Click on the Edit Menu - Preferences - Internet.
· Uncheck Allow fast web view
· Click on OK to validate.
Once disabled, try re-saving your file then re-submit it again. If you are still experiencing this issue visit your nearest Learning Services help desk for support
