Turnitin will remove any graphics and formatting from your work, including specific fonts, paragraphing, page numbers and page breaks etc. It will also remove your footnotes from the bottom of your pages and will place them all, in numeric order, at the end of the document.

This is just done when submitting to aid the originality report process and can be seen as per your original formatting by your tutor.
