To help with this please try the following.

If possible, remove all versions of Java on your machine (control panel – remove programs) and then install the latest from the Java website.

If you are still having issues then follow these clearing Java cache instructions.

To eliminate the possibility of this being caused by a browser issue, we always recommend using Mozilla Firefox when accessing Learning Edge.
