Seeing (SSL Protocol Error) is not a Campus Pack error and is most likely due to settings on an older browser for the PC/Mac.
We suggest updating your current browser or try a different browser, such as :
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
The last resort is to reset your browser to its factory settings as this has also fixed the problem for past users with this issue.
Or, for older browsers you can try the following solutions:
Chrome (some older versions):
Click on the "wrench" icon> Options> Under the Hood> Security> Put a check next to Use SSL 2.0> Restart Chrome
(Repeat and uncheck Use SSL 3.0 if necessary)
If that doesn’t work try the following:
Click on the "wrench" icon> Options> Under the Hood> Change proxy Settings> Content> Under Certificates, click Clear SSL state
Firefox (some older versions):
This browser doesn't have as many options as Chrome and IE for SSL
Tools> Options> Advanced> Encryption> Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 should both be checked
If both are checked, uncheck Use SSL 3.0 and try again.
