This problem is usually due to certain workplaces using high-security settings. This is particularly common in hospitals and schools.
We advise that you contact your IT department at your place of work to see if there is anything they can do to resolve this. If they are not able to adapt their security settings then it may not be possible for you to fully access Learning Edge whilst at work, although access via mobile devices not connected to the work WiFi would allow access to Learning Edge.
