Check Device Sound Levels

If you are sure that your computer or mobile device has it's sound turned up (e.g. by going to a site like YouTube and checking that you can hear a video) there are some other things you can check.
 

Check Collaborate Sound Levels

1. Open the Collaborate Panel at the bottom right of the screen.


 

2. Select the My Settings icon.


 

3. Under ‘Audio and Video Settings’ check that the Speaker Volume is turned up.

 




Phone into Session

If this does not work, you could phone into the session.
