If you are experiencing issues with receiving a password reset email to your alternative email address, you can still reset your password through the 'Password Reset' link located on the Edge Hill Student Page and accessing your 'Settings' page.

1. Log in to your Learning Edge profile.

2. Once logged in, return to the Edge Hill Student Page and click on the 'Password Reset' icon.

3. On the following page, you should be able to see your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. When hovering over your name, a drop-down box will appear with a link to your 'Settings' page.

Note:You must be logged in to your Learning Edge account for your name to be visible in the top right-hand corner of the page. If you cannot see your name, log in to Learning Edge and return to Step 2.

4. After clicking the 'Settings' link, the following page will have the option to change your password.
