When using Learning Edge, we always recommend using Mozilla Firefox as your browser, to eliminate the possibility of issues being caused by another browser. Generally, we find that Firefox is the browser that allows for Learning Edge to run optimally. 

If you continue to experience issues, try clearing your cache. The following link contains instructions on clearing your browser cache: Clear your Cache Instructions.

When you have done so, restart your browser and try entering Learning Edge again.
