If you have limited mobility and are struggling to retrieve stock from our shelves please inform a member of staff and we will be happy to assist. Catalyst Help Desk staff can be found at the Main Help Desk, or providing roving support across multiple floors in the Catalyst Building. 

Alternatively, if you know in advance what items you need then please email us with the details and we will retrieve them for you. When the items are ready for collection we will notify you by email.
