This can help if you are having difficultly viewing e-resources or content on Learning Edge. Alternatively, you could try another internet browser.

In most computer-based web browsers you can open the menu used to clear your cache/cookies/history, by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). You may, dependent on the browsing version, be able to use Ctrl+H for clearing caches.
