FM manage the list of internal telephone numbers (the Staff Directory) and operate the University’s Switchboard services.
To be added into the Staff Directory, please send the following details to
firstname.lastname@example.org so that records can be updated. This helps us direct telephone calls and enquiries appropriately.

- Your Department (include any sub departmental details):
- Your Office Location:
- Your Email Address:
- Your Job Title:
The Staff Directory is available from your intranet, and/or help is available by dialling ‘0’.
