Fill in all the required fields in the online form and click ‘submit’. Your request will then be sent to FM Helpdesk to process. If no cars are available, you will be notified immediately. If a car is available, you will receive a vehicle authorisation form in your name which you should print off and take with you when collecting the vehicle on the day.
Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions of EHU insurance, customers cannot take the car to their home address as the car would not be covered by our insurance.
