If you have any compliments, suggestions for improving our services or would like to express any dissatisfaction with our services, please go to MyFM - www.ehu.ac.uk/myfm and select the Feedback option.
The relevant FM Service Supervisors / Managers will be informed, and an FM Supervisor will liaise directly with FM colleagues to investigate all the facts and details. A member of the FM Service Delivery and Insight Team will then contact you directly to provide the necessary response / feedback to resolve your issue.
