Your CV is a document that markets your skills, knowledge and experience in relation to a job you are interested in. The Careers Centre provides a range of support to help you write your CV and covering letter.

When writing CVs one size does not fit all the Careers Service have provided guidance on how to match your skills to a job, write an effective CV and covering letter (including examples to use) and where to send your draft CV for checking.

As the sole purpose of a CV and covering letter is to make an employer want to meet you, we encourage students to make use of this help as early in their degree as possible.
